Directions From Manhattan Via the Midtown Tunnel

  • Take the Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway East.
  • Continue on the LIE to Exit 38, The Northern State Parkway East.
  • Take the Northern State to Exit 33, the Wantagh Parkway South.
  • Take the Wantagh south to the Southern State Parkway East.
  • Continue on the Southern State to Exit 33, Route 109 East to Babylon.
  • Take Route 109 East for about 2 miles. (Continuing on Rte 109 you will cross over Sunrise Highway, Route 27.)
  • At the first light past Sunrise Highway, make a RIGHT onto Arnold Ave.
  • Take Arnold for 3 STOP signs to Albin Ave.
  • Make RIGHT onto Albin Ave.
  • Take Albin Ave. for about 1/5 of a mile. Continue past Our Lady of Grace Church on your left.
  • Turn LEFT into the wide driveway just before the black fence.
  • Christa House is on the left.


From the West

  • Southern State Parkway to Exit 33, Route 109 East OR Sunrise Highway to Exit 37, Route 109 East toward Babylon
  • Follow Rte 109 to Arnold Avenue, which is the first traffic light south of Sunrise Highway (Route 27).
  • Make a RIGHT on to Arnold and follow it onto Albin Avenue, which is at the third STOP sign on Arnold.
  • Make a RIGHT on to Albin Avenue.
  • You will see Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church on the left. Pass the Church and make the last left you can into the parish property.
  • Christa House is located at 720 Albin Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704


From the East

  • Southern State Parkway to Exit 37S, Belmont Avenue.
  • Follow Belmont South to Platt Avenue, which is the first traffic light after the Junior High School which will be on your right.
  • Make a RIGHT onto Platt.
  • Follow Platt across Route 109 to the next STOP sign, which is Arnold Avenue.
  • Make a LEFT onto Arnold. Follow Arnold to the next STOP sign, which is Albin Avenue.
  • Make a RIGHT onto Albin Avenue.
  • You will see Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church on the left. Pass the Church and make the last left you can into the parish property.
